Terms of service
The rules for using FrameOne.
Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and [OWNER: fill — legal entity name] (“FrameOne”, “we”). By creating an account or running an audit you accept them. If you use FrameOne on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
The service
FrameOne analyzes public YouTube channels and videos, generates thumbnail and title concepts, and — when you connect a channel — reports on your own channel’s performance using read-only YouTube analytics. Suggestions are informed by observed patterns and are starting points, not guarantees of performance.
FrameOne uses YouTube API Services. By using FrameOne you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can revoke FrameOne’s access to your Google data at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Your account and content
You are responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Upload only material you have the right to use — including faces, footage and reference images. You keep ownership of what you upload and of the thumbnails and titles you generate; you grant FrameOne the license needed to store, process and display them to you.
Do not use FrameOne to create misleading, infringing, hateful or unlawful content, to impersonate others, or to probe, scrape or overload the service.
Plans, credits and payment
The free plan includes a limited number of audits and generation credits per month. Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe at the prices shown in the product; subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be managed from Settings. Credits reset or expire as described on the billing page; fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.
Disclaimers and liability
FrameOne is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that generated content will perform, be error-free or be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the product before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [OWNER: fill — governing jurisdiction]. Questions: [OWNER: fill — contact email].
